Walking For Fitness Statistics 2018

It's a hard slog but when you see results it makes it worthwhile!

I set a target to lose 30kg during 2018, not by dieting but by walking more and by being a little more sensible when consuming calories. This is my progress so far.

This is kinda boring but here are the weekly statistics for my walking for fitness.

In Sweden, we use week numbers instead of ‘week beginning’ or ‘week ending’. So, naturally, the first week of the year, beginning on a Sunday, is week 1 and so on.
